The purpose of this mini-workshop is to bring together theorists and experimentalists working on the extraction of CKM elements, with a particular focus on Vcb, to discuss important issues regarding both high- and low-energy aspects.
The mini-workshop will cover theoretical and experimental aspects of the following topics:

Vxb extraction from HEP data

Vxb extraction from B-physics

Other heavy-flavour CKM elements, such as Vts and Vtb
