Tuesday: Workshop dinner
For our workshop dinner on Tuesday evening we selected a special location: "Gasthaus Peun". The oldest restaurant in town dates back to 1698 and is well-known for fresh and regional cuisine. Look forward to a selection of local dishes in a unique historic setting.
Thursday: Excursion
We end the workshop on Thursday with an excursion to the Attahöhle (stalactite cave) North of Siegen. After a guided tour through the cave we'll enjoy a cheese tasting in the cave which matured locally taking advantage of the constant temperature of 9 degrees Celsius.
Thursday: dinner (self-pay)
Everyone is welcome to join us for a common dinner (self-pay) at the local restaurant "Hammerhütte" on Thursday evening after we return from the stalactite cave.
Please note: Thursday October 3, 2024 is the national holiday in Germany (stores are closed except for the store at the train station).
