Tuesday: Workshop dinner
Our workshop dinner on Tuesday evening we take place at the restautrant "Pfeffermühle" where we look forward to enjoying local cuisine. In case of good weather, we may explore a part of Siegen on a short hike from the workshop venue to the restaurant.
Thursday: Excursion
We end the workshop on Thursday with an excursion to the Attahöhle (stalactite cave) North of Siegen. After a guided tour through the cave we'll enjoy a cheese tasting in the cave which matured locally taking advantage of the constant temperature of 9 degrees Celsius.
Thursday: dinner (self-pay)
Everyone is welcome to join us for a common dinner (self-pay) at the local restaurant "Hammerhütte" on Thursday evening after we return from the stalactite cave.
Please note: Thursday October 3, 2024 is the national holiday in Germany (stores are closed except for the store at the train station).
