The first edition of the new workshop series Color meets Flavor - Back to the roots (this time devoted to flavour physics) will be held from 21st till 25th June 2027 in the Bavarian Forest, in a scenic town called Waldkirchen.
Participation is by invitation only.
The series is inspired by the legendary Ardbeg workshops we were organising in 2016 and 2023.
Our venue will be the Penninger Distillery which was founded in 1905 and is famous both for traditional spirits but also for new developments, including several awarded whisky creations.
