DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this mini-workshop is to bring together theoris
 ts and experimentalists working on the extraction of CKM elements\, with a
  particular focus on Vcb\, to discuss important issues regarding both high
 - and low-energy aspects.\n \nThe mini-workshop will cover theoretical an
 d experimental aspects of the following topics:\n\n\nVxb extraction from H
 EP data\n\n\nVxb extraction from B-physics\n\n\n \nParticipants will have
  to book their own accommodation. Please see Accommodation for detailed i
